It is a boutique law firm with eleven attorneys. It was founded by attorney Luis M. He was also a part-time professor of taxation during 13 years at the Business School of the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. In March 31, 2008, Janira Beltrán Sellés rejoined the firm as Shareholder. Before rejoining the firm, she served as Deputy Secretary of Administrative Appeals for the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury, one of Puerto Rico's most important governmental agencies, with a constitutionally granted responsibility of administering fiscal laws.

The firm represents a wide cross-section of private corporations, individuals and entities engaged in areas such as tourism, food and beverage, insurance, agriculture, cinematography, entertainment, retail and wholesale trade, construction, development, manufacturing and aviation industry, among other areas.
